Star Trek Online executive producer Stephen Ricossa says the main reason they decided to work with Eucl3d was to give players a more tangible way to interact with their ship. There is no exact date for availability at the moment, nor any pricing announced. The printed ships are about a foot long and a button within the game will take you to the site to purchase the replicas. Star Trek Online players will soon be able to print 3D versions of the starships they fly in the game thanks to a new partnership between the game’s developer Perfect World Entertainment and Eucl3d, a 3D-printing company.
